Description : PLEASE NOTE!! YOU MUST BOOK THE SAME ROOM FOR AT LEAST TWO NIGHTS! IF NOT THE HOTEL CAN CANCEL THE RESERVATION 4 private rooms and 1 apartment in a big guesthouse(flat). It consists of three double bedrooms, one single room. In addition a reasonably sized kitchen and one bathroom with ashower and WC for the guests. The wohle appartment is recently renovated. All rooms are equipped with double/single beds, cupboards, shelves, tables and stools, lamps, commodine, TV, radio and free internetconnection for notesbooks. Breakfast is not includid, but tee and cafe are free. The rooms is situated in the fifth district in Vienna, which is very close the center, only two subway stops to downtown. It is in the fourth floor with elevator. The area around the appartment is very quiet but close to a shopping street with a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants. Moreover there are many public transportation possibilities within walking distance. (subway, bus, tramway and fast trains). NOTE! Bed & Breakfast Vienna have no Rezeption. We need your correct arrival time for the Guesthouse. Check-In is possible between 11am and 11pm. Cancel condition: When you canceled by mail, phone or by the agency one week before the arrival day, it is free of charge. When you canceled in the last week, you must remit one Night. By abridge the residence we can not give the money back. When you don’t come you must remit one night.
