Quiet and close to the city centre - apartments in Vienna. The 1st district is within 5 minutes walking distance. * No curfew * Washing machine + dryier (4x2€coins, total €8 for both) * Self-catering facilities * Private shower and toilet in all rooms * Free Wi-Fi in and outside the house Charge for towels per person: 1€. Charge for bed linine per person: 2.75€. The house was built in 1805. The ROOMS, STUDIOS and APARTMENTS are very SIMPLE and have central heating, wooden floors, small kitchen-corner, PRIVATE SHOWER & TOILET, dishes, linen and towels. There is a WASHING MACHINE and drier for all guests, it works with €-coins. Bikes can be parked in the courtyard. Warning: please do not expect any fun or entertainment in the house. It is just accomodations in a QUIET SAFE AREA very CLOSE to the CITY CENTRE. Please note: We do NOT have a RECEPTION DESK. The house is accessible only for guests who are handed in the keys. 'GUIDED' ARRIVALS ARE POSSIBLE: Everyday: 15:00-19:00. 'WEEKEND': Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 09:00-19:00. If you wish a guided arrival, it is necessary that you let us know your exact TIME OF ARRIVAL, someone will have to wait and let you in. 'SELF-ENTRY' IS POSSILBE: Everyday 19:00-04:00 If you want to arrive after 19:00 you can enter by yourself. Contact us after your booking via email and we will let you know how! Make sure to leave your emailadress and your mobilenumber, so we can send instructions via email or SMS. LATE BOOKINGS: if you have booked only 24h prior to arrival = LATE BOOKINGS, they have a fixed time for arrival: 19:00. We will wait for you at 19:00 pm and you must ring the phone number displayed in the window beside the door at IM WERD 5 at 19:00pm! MOVE IN & MOVE OUT: Accommodations are cleaned and ready to move in by 17:00pm at the latest. Before this time you can leave your luggage in the apartment and take the keys. Accommodations shall be left by 10:00am on the day of departure. Please leave the keys in the apartment when you leave. LUGGAGE STORAGE: is possible upon request. the charge for luggage storage is € 10,-/day. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made 1 week prior to arrival. Cancellations of bookings over New Years or Easter must be made 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made via EMAIL to the hostel. For no-shows or not staying in the booked accomodation the same applies accordingly. We recommend a holiday-insurance covering cancellation-risk GROUP-BOOKINGS: If you book more than 1 apartment, we are entitled to charge your credit card immediately for the whole amount booked.
